Board of Directors The club is governed by a Board of Directors who in turn elect an executive body. Under their direction, management fulfills its obligation to the Cape Breton skiing public. Newly nominated board members are voted in at an annual general membership meeting, held the last Thursday of May, each year. Members/season pass holders are encouraged to attend.
