SNOW JAM 2010 - Friday eve open to all-with JIB JAM - Saturday RAIL JAM and Sunday SLOPESTYLE. Registar between 9am and 11am in the Chalet. $15 per day or $25 for both days. Sponsor$ and prizes up for grabs. MUCH VIDEO DANCE PARTY happening on FEB 6th SATURDAY in the Chalet from 6pm to 10pm. Tickets to Board n bop are $32/day or just the MVDP for tkts its $12. Snow Jam is a weekend long competition for snowboarders. We have a great weekend lined up for all. Join GIANT FM on location both days Saturday & Sunday from 9am to 1pm. Mini warm up on the deck at 9am & 1pm with ZUMBA! Human Curling at 2pm and MUCH VIDEO DANCE PARTY from 6pm to 10pm - ALL AGES PARTY. Both days Feb 6 & Feb 7 include FREE Hot Chocolate and fire barrels outside, gotta keep ya a little warm out there. Brain and Spinal Injury Prevention - Saturday Feb 13

The Dalhousie University Faculty of Medicine Division of Neurosurgery will be on site February 13th this Saturday. The mission is to inform users of the importance of wearing proper head gear and protecting yourself from Brain and Spinal Injury. Special speaker Jacob Landry will review how to manage a concussion and protecting yourself. You can also enter for a chance to win a NEW HELMET by answering a few questions. Saturday 11am and 12pm in the Chalet. Its your HEAD use it wisley! and protect it!

The NSSA is a competition circut. They are holding a two day event which will include a Slope Style and BOARDER-X on Feb 20 & 21. Saturday register at 8:30am in the Chalet - 9am Inspection and 9:45am RBC Riders and 10:30am Provincial Snowborders X will be on the hill. Sunday Feb21 at 8:30am register - 9am Inspection and 9:45am Provincial SLOPESTYLE. There is also a FREE FEAST Girls Clinic at 1:30pm to 4pm. All participants must be a member of the NSSA. NO WAY OUT? We can help with that. We have a BUS picking up students on FEB 24th WEDNESDAY STUDENT DAY and its 2 for 1 skiing or boarding all day. Here's the BUS pick ups - 1st pick up 10AM in Glace Bay, at Carvabin's Bus Terminal on Wilson Rd then at 10:30AM at UCB by the SUBWAY store and finally at 11AM at KENNY's PIZZA in Sydney River. Bus leaves the hill at 4pm for the trip back. Get on da bus gus! and get ready to hit the hill with us on FEB 24th Student Day. We GOT Snow

Rossignol Cup Dual Slalom- Rescheduled to MARCH 6

This is an elimination race which has competitors race through two timed slalom runs side by side with the winner advancing to the next round. If you don't race, this is a great afternoon to take in some sun on the deck and watch some great racing or enjoy something off the Broken Buckle menu. Must be 19 years or older. EVENTS HAS BEEN RE-SCHEDULED to MARCH 6th due to rain on Feb 27 WINNERS - Kevin Elsworthy and Brianne Lynch - congrats to you both!
